As of March 2024 we have renamed Apexchat to Blazeo. We are excited to share the next part of our journey with our customers and partners.
The name ApexChat implies that we are primarily a chat company, which is no longer true. Now we have many offerings, such as call center services, AI, Appointment setting, SMS Enablement, Market Automation, and Sales acceleration (Q2 2024), that go beyond chat. The new name will not only allow us to convey the breadth of our offering but will also better convey our company’s mission and values.
Blazeo, which is derived from the word Blaze, evokes a sense of passion, speed, and energy. A “Blaze” is captivating, illuminates, and represents explosive growth. Afterwards, upload the video to the folder and set the viewing to public. Lastly, send us the public link and our team will embed the chosen video into your In-Chat Widget. Video Requirements:
When creating your video greeting, please keep in mind that it should be brief- your video should be 20-30 seconds maximum – with an introduction about your business or brand. The video captured should be in portrait mode with an aspect ratio 9:16. The file size of the video must be under 100MB.
Content Creation:
The content within the video is also very important for delivering an effective message about your business and its offerings. You should make sure that each sentence contains helpful information about what sets you apart from competitors or any unique offerings or services you have available for customers. Make sure not to overdo it. Keep it short, sweet and concise while still providing enough relevant information so that customers can get a solid understanding of who you are and what makes you special!

Step by Step Instructions
1. Prepare yourself to take the video. Dress in a dark outfit if possible. Move to a quiet room. And ensure that the phone is positioned so the bottom of the screen hits the middle of your chest, and the top of the screen leaves a little sky above your head.
2. Configure your phone’s camera settings to an aspect ratio of 9:16. Learn more here: Change Aspect Ratio on Android. Change Aspect Ratio on iPhone.
3. Write out your script utilizing the Content Creation tips above. Here’s a sample script: “Hi, I’m (First name), (position) of (company name). If you’ve been injured in an accident, or have a long term disability insurance claim, then you’re in the right place. So let’s begin by answering a few questions below so we can get you to a real, live agent who can help you.”
4. Practice your script 3 times by reading it like you were delivering it. On the last time through, try to do it without the script.
5. Record the video in HD resolution. At the end of your talk, stay still, and blink for 10 seconds to give your audience time to react by engaging with an agent.
6. Upload your video to Google Drive. Then click Share here:
Where it says General access”, change the “Restricted” option to “Anyone with a link”. At the bottom, click “Copy link” or “Copy responder link” and “Done”.
7. Share your video with Blazeo (formerly ApexChat) by sending an email to [email protected], pasting in the copied link. You’re done.
