Facebook Messenger Integration Now Live!
Facebook has begun to roll out ads that drive people to chat with businesses via FB Messenger. This further enables businesses to increase engagement with prospects.
Advertisers can select FB Messenger as a destination under the website clicks objective. Then they can use any call-to-action in their ad, including “Send Message,” to link to FB Messenger.
Any click on these News Feed ads will directly open up a FB Messenger thread. From there ApexChat agents can pick up the conversation.
Facebook now allows a FB Messenger button as the call-to-action on a FB Business Page.
